If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

NextRankAI is an AI-powered career development platform for maritime professionals. We provide tools including skills gap analysis, shore career roadmaps, qualification tracking, and fit score assessments to help marine professional plan for both sea-going and shore-based roles.

Our service is informational and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, job placements, or specific career results.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

You agree not to use the platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure; (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without our written consent; (e) upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations.

All content, features, and functionality of the NextRankAI platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, algorithms, and software — are owned by NextRankAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the personal and professional information you submit to the platform. By submitting this information, you grant NextRankAI a limited licence to use it solely to provide and improve the service.

Career roadmaps, fit scores, and qualification gap analyses are generated by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, or guarantees of employment.

You should independently verify any recommendations before making career or financial decisions. NextRankAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextRankAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or SG$100, whichever is greater.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process account deletion requests within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
